1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual using the service and Jayabola. References to “you”, “your”, or “player” mean the registered account holder. References to “Jayabola”, “we”, “our”, or “the platform” mean the operator providing the sportsbook, casino, payment, customer support, and promotional services available through this website.

You accept this agreement when you register with Jayabola, access a real-money product, make an MYR deposit, place a wager, or claim a bonus. 2. Definitions

3. Account Eligibility

Jayabola accounts are available only to persons aged 21 or above. 4. Account Security and Access

You are responsible for keeping your Jayabola username, password, one-time password, and device access secure. You must not share an account, permit another person to place bets for you, or disclose login credentials. Activity completed through your authenticated Jayabola account may be treated as authorised unless you promptly report suspected misuse.

You must contact Jayabola support immediately if you notice an unfamiliar login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal request. Jayabola may temporarily lock an account, request a password reset, require renewed KYC, or delay a payment while a credible security concern is investigated.

5. Deposits, Payment Methods, and Account Balances

Jayabola may support MYR deposits through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other displayed methods. Availability, processing time, minimum amount, and transaction limits may differ by account and payment channel.

Funds must come from a payment method owned by the verified Jayabola account holder. Third-party payments, unauthorised cards, chargeback abuse, and transfers intended to disguise ownership are prohibited. Jayabola may reject or return a deposit if payment ownership cannot be established.

Your account balance does not earn interest and Jayabola is not a bank or savings service. Deposits should be made only for genuine gambling activity. Jayabola may request evidence concerning the source of funds where deposits, betting behaviour, or withdrawal patterns require additional review.

6. Bets, Odds, Results, and Settlements

A wager becomes valid only when Jayabola accepts it and displays confirmation in the account history. A selection added to a bet slip is not guaranteed until acceptance. Odds may change before confirmation, particularly during live football, Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other in-play events.

You are responsible for reviewing the market, selection, odds, stake, and potential return before confirming a bet. Jayabola may suspend a market, reject a wager, or apply a reasonable stake limit. Obvious errors, including clearly incorrect odds, event details, duplicate markets, or technical pricing faults, may be corrected and affected wagers may be voided or settled at the correct price where appropriate.

Jayabola settles sportsbook markets using official results from recognised event organisers or data providers. Subsequent changes, disciplinary decisions, or result reversals may not affect a wager after final settlement unless the applicable market rules state otherwise.

7. Promotions, Bonuses, and Loyalty Rewards

Jayabola promotions are optional and may be restricted by account status, product, payment method, location, or campaign period. Every offer may have separate rules covering the minimum deposit, qualifying odds, eligible games, wagering requirement, maximum bonus stake, expiry date, and maximum cash-out.

For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in qualifying bets before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Slot games may contribute differently from live casino, table games, esports, or sports betting. Jayabola displays the relevant contribution rules with each qualifying promotion.

Only one person, household, device, payment method, or shared network may claim an offer where the promotional rules impose that limit. Jayabola may remove a bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of coordinated claiming, opposite betting, low-risk rollover manipulation, account duplication, or other bonus abuse.

8. Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the verified Jayabola account and generally returned to a payment method belonging to the player. Jayabola may require KYC completion, payment ownership evidence, source-of-funds information, or confirmation that applicable wagering requirements have been met before releasing funds.

E-wallet payouts may be processed faster than bank transfers, but all quoted times are estimates rather than guarantees. Processing may take longer because of bank maintenance, DuitNow or FPX interruptions, cryptocurrency network congestion, incomplete account details, security reviews, public holidays, or circumstances outside Jayabola’s reasonable control.

Players must check recipient details carefully. Jayabola is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank or e-wallet information supplied by the player. Withdrawal limits, minimum amounts, and any applicable fees will be shown before confirmation or communicated during review.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using Jayabola, you must not:

• create multiple accounts, share an account, or allow an underage person to access Jayabola;
• use stolen funds, third-party payment instruments, or proceeds connected with unlawful activity;
• collude with another player, manipulate a market, exploit a software defect, or use automated betting tools without permission;
• attempt to interfere with Jayabola systems, security controls, payment processes, or game integrity;
• submit false KYC documents, conceal your true location, or misrepresent ownership of an account;
• harass support staff or use the Jayabola service for commercial payment processing rather than genuine play.

Jayabola may investigate suspected misconduct, restrict the account, void affected transactions, withhold funds connected to verified fraud, or close the account. Legitimate deposited funds will be handled according to applicable obligations and the outcome of the investigation.

10. Responsible Gambling and Player Protection

Jayabola is intended for recreational gambling by adults aged 21 and above. Gambling is not a reliable source of income, and no outcome or return is guaranteed. You should set a budget, avoid chasing losses, and never gamble with money required for rent, food, education, debt payments, or other essential expenses.

11. Service Availability and Technical Events

Jayabola aims to provide a stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, internet failures, mobile network conditions, payment provider outages, data feed faults, or events beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect accounts, markets, or transactions.

Where a technical issue interrupts a casino round, Jayabola will use the recorded game state and provider logs to determine the correct result. If no valid result can be established, the affected stake may be returned. Jayabola may suspend a game or betting market while an integrity or technical issue is reviewed.

12. Intellectual Property

The Jayabola name, logo, interface, written content, graphics, software, databases, and platform design are owned by or licensed to Jayabola. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful recreational purposes. Copying, scraping, republishing, reverse engineering, or commercially exploiting Jayabola materials without written permission is prohibited.

13. Liability and Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and accept responsibility for your wagering decisions. Jayabola does not guarantee profit, continuous access, or the accuracy of third-party commentary displayed with an event. Statistics, scoreboards, and live indicators are provided for convenience and should not be treated as the sole basis for a betting decision.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jayabola will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from device failure, internet interruption, unauthorised access caused by shared credentials, or reliance on unofficial sporting information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Suspension and Account Closure

You may request account closure by contacting Jayabola support. Before closure, outstanding bets may remain active until settlement and any withdrawable balance will remain subject to standard KYC and security checks.

Jayabola may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, identity cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, responsible gambling intervention is required, or continued service would create a security or legal risk. Jayabola will provide reasonable information about the action where doing so would not compromise an investigation or legal obligation.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Jayabola may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, security practices, promotional rules, or applicable requirements. The effective date displayed at the top of this page identifies the current version.

Material changes may be communicated through the Jayabola platform. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you must stop using Jayabola and request account closure.

If you believe a Jayabola wager, payment, bonus, or account decision is incorrect, contact customer support with your username, transaction or bet reference, relevant date, and a clear explanation. Complaints should be raised promptly so that system records and provider logs remain available.
